Outside Water Line Warranty

 
    The Outside Water Line Warranty Program covers the repair or replacement of a leaking or broken single underground water supply line outside your home.  
    The warranty begins where you take ownership of the water supply line - either at the curb box (point of connection with the utility's main line) or at the meter - and ends at the foundation of your home.  
    If you are on well water, the warranty begins at the point of connection between the brass fitting and the pitless adaptor to the exterior foundation of your home.  
 

In-Home Water Line Warranty

 
    The In-Home Water Line Warranty covers the repair or replacement of a leaking or broken water supply line in your home. The warranty begins at the point of entry to the home and ends at the shut-off valve or water stop.  
    The warranty does not cover dripping faucets.  
 

Outside Sewer Line Warranty

 
    The Outside Sewer Line Warranty covers the repair or replacement of a broken underground sewer line from the utility's main sewer line to the exterior foundation of your home.  
    The warranty does not cover French drain lines in the yard.  
 

In-Home Sewer Line Warranty

 
    The In-Home Sewer Line Warranty covers in-home sewer lines and drain lines connected to the main sewer stack, which are broken or leaking inside the home after the point of entry. This warranty also covers the repair of clogged toilets.  
    The warranty does not cover broken toilets.  
 

In-Home Gas Line Warranty

 
    The In-Home Gas Line Warranty covers gas lines from the foundation of your home to the shut-off-valve for each indoor natural gas appliance, (e.g. furnace, stove, dryer).  
    The warranty does not cover external gas lines serving external gas appliances (e.g. gas grill, pool heater, etc.).  
 

In-Home Electrical Line Warranty

 
    The In-Home Electrical Line Warranty covers the repair or replacement of the electrical lines and components inside your home that fail from normal wear and tear. This would include wiring, switches, outlets, receptacles, boxes, fuses, breakers, or connectors, extending from the service entrance wiring at the weather head or tap underground through the receptacle or fixture box.  
    The warranty does not cover the repair of electrical appliances or radiant floor heating.  
 

Landscape Restoration Program

 
    This Warranty Program covers the restoration of pavement or landscaping after a repair is performed. Pavement restoration includes labor and relevant material for asphalt or concrete sidewalks, driveways, steps, porches, and patios. Landscaping restoration includes labor and sod, mulch, shrubs, trees, resetting of bricks/stones for sidewalks, driveways, walls, and patios.
